One of my roomies wrote a quote on our board in the kitchen, and it took me exactly 1 minute to vandalize it.

For my English talking friends, It says:
A day without exercise is a day without with meaning

And it took my other roommate exactly 1 minute to vandalize it again after she corrected mine.

Translated: A day without Vengaboys is a day without meaning
